Scott Vincent, Superintendent

Scott Vincent has been an educator since graduating from West Texas State University. He taught Social Studies and History before becoming a principal in 2007,earning his Masters from West Texas A&M University. He is now guiding the school through school finance issues and overall administration as the School Superintendent.

 

 

Kurt Koepke, Principal

Kurt Koepke, Principal

Kurtis Koepke has come to Hartley ISD in the summer of 2016 and is now Principal. After graduating from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor in Arts, he is attending Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas to obtain his Master of Arts. He has been teaching and coaching in Dumas, Texas at the Jr. High and High School level.

Becky Elliott

Becky Elliott, Principal’s Secretary

Becky Elliott is the Principal's Secretary and maintains student records and lunch accounts. She works in multiple areas of parent/student and school relations.
